October – March
-         Daily by appointment at least three days ahead for group and school visits

-         Weekends: 11:00a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

 Summer Schedule:

April – September
-         Daily by appointment at least three days ahead for group and school visits

-         Weekends: 11:00 – 7:30 p.m.

July – August
-         Daily: 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.

-         Weekends: 11: 00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Approximate time for destination by car or bus from

-         Beirut: 30-45 minutes

-         North: 2 hours

-         Bekaa: 1.5 hours

-         South: 2 hours

-         Shouf: 1.5 hours

 Food Service

 Students can use the premises of the Animal Encounter for Lunch, but arrangement add reservation is needed ahead of time.

 Accessibility:

Unfortunately, the center’s alleys are not wheel chair accessible, due to stairs and loose gravel.
